Important to Note
Gift cards are created Monday - Friday before 5 pm.
Gift cards will be processed the following business day.
Gift cards can be picked up on Saturday if they they were ordered before 5 pm on Friday.
Gift Cards can not be reissued if lost or stolen.
To Personalize
For personalized notes, please write desired message in the special instructions section upon ordering.
For Pick Up
To pick up your gift card at Kaliwa, select Local Pickup, Washington DC under Shipping Method. Please write pick up time and date in the Special Instructions box during checkout.
There is no additional charge if you choose to pick up the gift card at Kaliwa.
For Shipping
Someone must be there to sign for the gift card. Please ensure the proper person is signing for the gift, as it can not be replaced.
If you would like your gift card to be shipped, select Priority Certified Mail under Shipping Method. This ensures your gift is delivered to the intended recipient.
Shipping allows you to track your gift through the US Postal Service. Kaliwa will notify you by email or phone of the status and tracking number of your gift card.
